1. Who we are. This website, illneverdie.com (the "Site"), is operated by Project NeverDie ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means anyone who visits the Site or buys from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The store runs on Shopify. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us sell to you. Payments are processed by PayPal and other providers shown at checkout. Their own terms also apply to your payment.
3. Your account. You may create an account to track orders and your rank. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse or breaking these Terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing hockad333@gmail.com.
4. Products and preorders. We describe our products and show colours as accurately as we can, but screens vary. Preorder items are not yet made when you buy them. Ship dates for preorders are estimates, and our Shipping policy explains what happens if they change.
5. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, including for preorders.
6. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation, or, for preorders, the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
7. Returns, refunds and shipping. Our Refund & return policy and Shipping policy are part of these Terms.
8. Rank system. Your on-site rank is a fun reflection of your past purchases. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and does not guarantee any rewards unless we say so in writing.
9. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to hack, overload or scrape it, no fraudulent orders, and no use that breaks the law.
10. Our content. The Project NeverDie name, logos, designs, artwork, product photos and lore stories belong to us. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell or reuse our designs or content without written permission.
11. Disclaimer. The Site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
12. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
13. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections given by the laws of the country where you live.
14. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version on the Site when you place an order applies to that order. We will show the date of the latest change at the top of this page.
15. Contact. Questions about these Terms: hockad333@gmail.com.

Thank you for shopping with Project NeverDie. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.
Order Processing
Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders will be processed as soon as possible.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed at checkout.
Canada customs, taxes and other applicable fees
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. If taxes and import charges are calculated at checkout, they will not be due at delivery. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
United Kingdom customs, taxes and other applicable fees
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, taxes, duties, and import fees may apply. Where available, these charges will be calculated and collected at checkout. If taxes or duties are collected at checkout, they will be shown before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
In some cases, additional import charges, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees may be due when your order arrives in the United Kingdom. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and/or the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility unless we expressly state at checkout that duties and taxes are prepaid.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times. We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.
European Union customs, taxes and other applicable fees
Orders shipped to countries in the European Union may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. Where available, applicable taxes, duties, and import fees will be calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
If checkout states that duties and taxes are prepaid, your order will be shipped with those charges prepaid and you should not be asked to pay additional import charges at delivery. If checkout does not state that duties and taxes are prepaid, you may be required to pay VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees before or at delivery.
Import charges are determined by EU customs authorities and/or the carrier and may vary based on the destination country, product classification, product value, country of origin, and shipping method. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.
