1. Who we are. This website, illneverdie.com (the "Site"), is operated by Project NeverDie ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means anyone who visits the Site or buys from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The store runs on Shopify. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us sell to you. Payments are processed by PayPal and other providers shown at checkout. Their own terms also apply to your payment.
3. Your account. You may create an account to track orders and your rank. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse or breaking these Terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing hockad333@gmail.com.
4. Products and preorders. We describe our products and show colours as accurately as we can, but screens vary. Preorder items are not yet made when you buy them. Ship dates for preorders are estimates, and our Shipping policy explains what happens if they change.
5. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, including for preorders.
6. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation, or, for preorders, the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

8. Rank system. Your on-site rank is a fun reflection of your past purchases. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and does not guarantee any rewards unless we say so in writing.

Order Processing
Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders will be processed as soon as possible.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed at checkout.
Canada customs, taxes and other applicable fees
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. If taxes and import charges are calculated at checkout, they will not be due at delivery. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, and United States.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Returns

European Union returns and cancellations
